Summit 303A is a 3 bed/2 bath condo. With its prime location, Summit is just a short 5-minute walk across the street to The Village, slopes, shops, and restaurants. Nestled just below the main road, it offers beautiful sunset views of the western mountains.

The cozy condo is situated on the third floor of the building, so no neighbors stomping around above you! With large windows looking out over the western mountains, enjoy the beautiful sunset views while staying cozy inside or enjoy the private deck during the cool summer season.

**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.

A Few Notes to Mention:

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.

At Elevation Vacation Rentals we know how important connectivity is – even while vacationing – which is why we offer free WIFI at all our properties.

Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.

*Please be sure to purchase your lift tickets and make reservations for dining/activities at the time of your rental booking.
